Wine and beer making has been a part of mine and my wife Phyllis's lives for many years. Before U-Brewing became popular, I educated people on the art of home wine and beer making and also sold the brewing kits. In 1986 we opened Jewel Just Fine Wines. For the past 15 years we have operated out of our home in Warsaw, Ontario. Our team includes Pam Bursey as well as myself and Phyllis.

Our Facility

To present the best wines from around the world for your enjoyment, our 2200 sq. ft. facility has an open concept, so you can view how your wine and beer is made. We use automated filling and shrink cap machines. You can also give your bottle the professional look with foils and labels both pre-made or create a custom label to personalize your bottles.
